Heng Kee Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee stall on level 2 in the Hong Lim hawker food centre is the recommended place for chicken curry noodles. Grab a table and order your meal, choose which part of the chicken you want and your level of spice. Amazing.

Hi, I’m Merran and this is a journal of my recent travel adventures. My wonderful daughter Jenna is all grown up now and living her own best life, so while it broke my heart to do it I left my best buddy (Max the dog) with a friend, and flew to the other side of the world for six months of adventuring. I LOVE to travel and explore new places, get lost, soak up the culture, eat all the food and meet people. Traveling solo is great – if you want to see something, go see it!
